Minutes appear here when they are five years of age or older.
If you are looking for current minutes or minutes younger than five years of age you will find them on the Meetings Page.
You will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer in order to read or print the agendas and minutes. If you do not have the Adobe Reader you can download it free of charge from the link at the bottom of this page. Click on the date of the meeting to read the minutes.
